OBJECTIVES & SCOPE
YAMEC – Young Adult Mobility and Economic Crisis Network is a Research Group of IMISCOE (International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion in Europe), Europe's largest interdisciplinary research network in the field of migration, integration and diversity studies.
The YAMEC Network aims to develop and implement a programme of research-related activities on the theme of young adult emergent mobility flows, options and characteristics as well as related employment and mobility policies and political decision-making impacting upon young people.
The YAMEC Network sets out the following goals:

Plan, prepare and implement focused meetings, workshops and conferences that bring together experts (from within and from outside IMISCOE) to work on the network theme;

Plan and prepare publications from existing knowledge on network specific topics;

Develop joint proposals for new research to be funded externally.
